阅读短文,完成下列任务。
We use smartphones every day for many tasks. But using phones too much is bad for our eyes and health.
A study finds that people start using phones early in the morning. Before getting out of bed, they often check the weather, read news and send messages. After getting up, they take photos of food and share them with friends. On average, people spend 3 hours and 16 minutes on their phones every day—that means using a phone takes almost one full day each week!
Using phones takes too much time and harms health. Many people stay up late to play games or chat. Phones can influence sleep. Many users don't even realize they're using phones so often. How do you think we can use phones less?
