Q: How did you get started?
A: The first painting I sold was to my piano teacher for ten dollars. After that, I reached out to my principal about my goal of raising money by selling my paintings. She offered to have a display of my artworks in the school during parent-teacher conferences. A lot of my paintings were bought by parents and teachers.
