This term, our teacher introduces a fun AI tool to us—it’s called “Little Learning Buddy”, and it becomes my helper for homework and practice. It’s not a toy—it’s a tool that makes studying fun.
First, it helps me with English. When I can’t read a new word, I type it into the AI and it reads the word slowly and tells me its meaning. I can also practise English dialogues(对话) with it. I say sentences about “my hobbies”, and it helps with my pronunciation(发音) if I make a mistake. Second, it helps with Maths practice. I pick topics like “time” or “distance”(距离). If I get a problem wrong, it doesn’t just tell me the answer—it shows me step by step how to solve it, like a patient teacher.
But my favourite part is the “fun fact” time. After finishing 20 minutes of practice, the AI shares a short, interesting fact, like “How does AI recognize(辨认) pictures?” or “What can AI do in daily life?” These facts are short and easy to understand. I always learn something new and I also know that some AI can help with rubbish sorting or even help doctors check simple health problems!
AI can do a lot of work for us. But our teachers tell us not to use AI too often because it’s just a helper, not a replacement(替代) for our own thinking.
