After the movie Ne Zha 2 got popular, some Ne Zha-themed graffiti(哪吒主题涂鸦) walls appeared in many cities. These places were popular for tourists to take photos.
Wang Jianjie, an artist from Gaoping, Shanxi, created one of the popular graffiti walls. He said he and his team worked from 8 a. m. to 5 p. m. each day, getting over many challenges, to finish the Ne Zha-themed graffiti wall that is 2.5 metres high and 1 metre wide in a village in Gaoping.
“It makes me really happy to see our creation become a popular place for visitors,” Wang said. The graffiti shows Ne Zha’s determination(决心) and courage when facing difficulties. Wang and his team carefully chose a place under a bridge to do the drawing. “The wall here is strong. And there are not many cars or people around. We can get focused. So it is the ideal place for painting,” he said.

Wang Jianjie has loved drawing since he was young. To improve his painting skills, he has travelled to other cities over the years to learn from excellent graffiti artists and has made a group of friends with the same interest. When the game Black Myth: Wukong became popular, Wang Jianjie and his team painted Sun Wukong and other images(形象) on the wall.
