Tape measure
A good tape measure will be your best friend.

They come in different sizes and a 25' (25英尺) tape is a good idea. They’re for accurate measurements (精确测量)! Be careful not to cut your fingers when using them.
Hammer
I carry two kinds of hammers in my tool bag: one is a regular (普通的) kind and the other is a non-marring kind (不留痕型) which won’t leave marks on the surface when you’re striking.

Screwdriver
A good screwdriver set is an important part of your tool bag. It’s good to have a set of different types of heads to match different types of screws (螺丝). You’d better get a set that’s magnetized (磁化的).

Sander
You will need a power sander for any woodwork. No need to get a fancy sander, and a regular one is enough.

At this time, you may need a mouse sander because it is good at getting into corners.
