How to cook scrambled (炒的) eggs with tomatoes
Stuff: 2 tomatoes, 3 eggs, some green onions (大葱), salt, water, cooking oil, cooking wine.
Cooking steps:
1. Beat (敲) the eggs. Add a little salt, water, cooking wine to the egg liquid (蛋液). Then cut the green onions. Put the green onions into the egg liquid. Use the chopsticks to mix them well.
2. Wash the tomatoes, and cut them into small pieces.
3. Pour the cooking oil into the wok (炒菜锅). Then pour the egg liquid into the wok. Stir-fry (翻炒) it until done. Put it in the dish.
4. Then, pour the small pieces of tomatoes into the wok. Stir-fry for several minutes.
5. Add the scrambled egg, then add a little salt, and stir-fry again for 3 minutes. Finally, put it in the dish.
