Anna’s first cooking
Anna wanted to cook noodles for her mum’s birthday as a gift. She had never cooked before and was afraid of burning the noodles or making them too salty. Her dad told her, “Just try your best.”
Anna watched a cooking video and got the ingredients: noodles, eggs, and tomatoes. At first, she put the noodles into the water too early. They became very soft and broke easily. But she did not give up. She tried again carefully. This time, she added the eggs and tomatoes at the right time.
When her mum ate the noodles, she smiled and said, “I am so proud of you, Anna.” Anna felt happy and learned that trying new things is interesting.
