When I told my husband that I planned to learn the drums, he looked quite surprised. It was completely understandable, 1 in the 35 years of our marriage, I had shown almost no interest in music of any kind, let alone such a loud and 2 instrument.
With the kids finally grown up and my work slowing down, I signed up for a free beginners' drum lesson.
