Students at Mayfield School are having a meeting about publishing(出版) a newspaper. Read Ben's report on the meeting and answer the questions.
We held a meeting after school. Lucy, Tony, Joyce, Jessica and I were at the meeting.
First, we decided to elect(推选) the chief editor(主编). Tony suggested Joyce because she has experience. Joyce was the editor of her class newspaper last year, so we elected her.
Then Joyce said, "We should elect an assistant now."
Jessica said, "Ben should be the assistant because he was the assistant of the Music Club last year."
The others agreed and voted for me to be the assistant.
Joyce said, "Lucy, Tony and Jessica will be editors of the paper. You'll be responsible for(负责) different parts of the paper. We'll decide which parts at the next meeting."
Then we made a list of other things to discuss. For example, how often should we publish the paper? Should it be free, or should people pay for it? What should we call it?
Because we all had different ideas, Joyce said, "We should think about these a bit longer and decide at the next meeting in a week's time."
